What if I do not receive my goods?
Normally, you should receive your goods within 2 working days, but please allow 5 Working days. (except bank holidays). If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact us on sales@worldofsurplus.com with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. If you are unavailable at time of delivery a card will be left. If you have not recived your order within 5 working days please contact us for tracking details, so that you can contact the courier to arrange delivery for a convinient time. Please note the courier will only keep un-delivered parcels for a limited period, after this they will then be returned to us, if you wish a returned order to be re sent it will be subject to return postage cost

When is my credit card debited?
Your card will be debited as soon as the order is placed This guarantees that the funds are available and that payment will be made to us. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we may only partially debit your card order. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.

What happens if my card authorisation fails?
If the authorisation fails, the most likely explanation is that you have input your card details incorrectly. If this happens, press the back button on your browser and you will be returned to the card input page. Check that all the details are correct, and make any changes necessary before proceeding. If all the details are correct and you still fail to get an authorisation then we advise that you contact your card issuer to establish why your card was not authorised. We will receive your order anyway and may contact you to arrange for alternative methods of payment.

Returns Policy
We guarantee all of our products to be as described and free from defects. If however you receive a product which you feel is not as described, please email us or call within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for damage caused by mis-use or general wear of items. Items retuned and deemed to have been misused/used and returned will, either be returned to the customer at customers cost or require additional payment.
Please quote your order number which can Be found on your original email conformation. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. (excluding items that have been mis-used / general wear) If this is not possible we shall refund your money immediately. Sorry we cannot refund any postage costs.
Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective / incorrect size item back from you in the original condition it was sent (ie unused and/or unwashed). We are also happy to exchange goods that are unsuitable or the wrong size, although we will charge additional postage and packing at the standard rate. EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
If the exchange is due to incorrect size, colour etc. ordered, the return postage of £5.99 (UK Mainland) must be paid for by the customer . Please enclose a cheque or postal order and a short note saying you would like a refund or an exchange, please also include your details and the new size / colour you will require.
